第四期的东鹏整装卫浴店面坐落于南通、盐城、泰州三市交界处的海安市。在这座拥有青墩新石器遗址、晚清建筑，青砖小瓦的城市，展厅的设计选其共同颜色——青铜作为设计元素，结合简约轻奢风，打造适合当地的东鹏整装卫浴品牌展厅；与这个滨江临海的新兴城市的文化形象紧紧扣连在一起。
